WELCOME TO MUSH LOVE WORLD

Best Practices for Microdosing

Microdosing nature’s magic involves taking a sub-perceptual dose (typically 0.1g to 0.3g) to enhance creativity, mood, and cognitive function without experiencing a full mind-expanding trip. The best protocol for microdosing follows structured methods to maximise benefits while minimising tolerance build-up.

The Mush Love Protocol

Our tried and tested method comes from our own  personal explorations and experiences. The protocol involves microdosing 5 out of 7 days a week. 20 microdoses per month.

We recommend a Monday to Friday protocol with weekends off but encourage people to explore their own schedule.

This schedule prevents tolerance from developing and allows users to observe long-term effects.

The Stamets Stack

Mycologist Paul Stamets advocates for a microdosing stack that combines psilocybin cubensis with lion’s mane mushroom (for neurogenesis) and niacin (Vitamin B3) to enhance absorption. (Vitamin B3 supplement taken in a separate capsule taken together with our microdose)

  • 4 days on, 3 days off cycle
  • Promotes brain plasticity and potential cognitive benefits
  • Suggested to help with neurodegenerative diseases and general mental clarity

Best Practices for Microdosing

✔ Start Low – Begin with 0.1g and increase only if needed. The goal is a subtle enhancement, not a noticeable trip.
✔ Take in the Morning – Avoid microdosing late in the day to prevent sleep disturbances.
✔ Track Your Experience – Keep a journal to document mood, focus, and productivity changes.
✔ Pair with a Healthy Lifestyle – Microdosing works best alongside meditation, exercise, and a nutritious diet.

Both the Fadiman and Stamets protocols are widely respected, but the best approach depends on individual goals.

  • If seeking mood enhancement and mental clarity or help with anxiety and depression, the Fadiman protocol may be best.
  • If aiming for cognitive repair, growth, or addiction recovery, the Stamets stack could be more effective.

Healing with MushLove Chocolates

A Sacred Journey for Relationship Healing

Having found a safe, calm space where you will be uninterrupted for the evening, allow this to be your sacred space for healing. This is a time to connect deeply with your partner, explore emotional intimacy, and bring forth any healing your relationship may need.

Preparing the Space

  • Create an Intimate Atmosphere – Dim the lights, light candles, and set an intention together.
  • Set Your Shared Intention – Sit facing each other, hold hands, and speak aloud what you wish to bring into this ceremony. Whether it is forgiveness, deeper understanding, emotional release, or rekindling love, allow your hearts and minds to align.
  • Cleanse the Space – Use Palo Santo or incense to clear negative energy.

The Journey

When ready, consume the Healing Chocolates on an empty stomach for optimal absorption.

  • Couples: Split one large heart-shaped chocolate or take 2-3 smaller chocolates each for a gentle yet profound experience.
  • Surrender to the Experience – Whether it brings laughter, deep conversation, or silent contemplation, embrace it fully.
  • Hold Space for Each Other – If challenges arise, breathe together and remind each other of the love and trust you share.
  • Express & Listen – Share what’s in your heart without judgment, using this time for deep connection.

Closing the Ceremony

As the experience comes to an end, integrate the insights by journaling or sharing reflections with one another.

  • Ask Yourself: What realisations did you have about your relationship?
  • Close with Gratitude – Express appreciation through words, a hug, or sitting in silence together.
  • Let the journey be a bridge to deeper love, healing, and unity.

Healing Chocolates for Solo Journeys

The same process can be used for personal healing.

  • Setting an intention, cleansing the space, and allowing the experience to unfold creates a deeply personal healing ritual.
  • Can reduce anxiety, increase self-awareness, and bring emotions & memories to the surface for processing.
  • Microdosing enhances mood and clarity, while deeper journeys offer profound insights and spiritual awakening.

1 Chocolate – Uplifts mood & creativity
2-4 Chocolates – Encourages deeper transformation

Surrender to the process with an open heart, trusting the journey as a path to healing, inspiration, and self-exploration.

Integration & Self-Care

The Four Bodies of Healing

✔ Spiritual Body – Connection to higher consciousness, intuition, and inner wisdom.
✔ Mental Body – Thoughts, beliefs, and emotional patterns.
✔ Physical Body – Diet, movement, and self-care.

✔  Emotional Body  - Holds Traumas, suppressed emotions & Imprints

These must work in synchronicity, as an imbalance in one affects the others. Many seek spiritual enlightenment without addressing the mind and body, yet true transformation requires nurturing all three.

At the core of healing is returning to the heart space—the centre of love, intuition, and emotional balance. Staying in this open-hearted state requires daily commitment to self-awareness, physical well-being, and conscious thought.

By aligning the spiritual, mental, and physical bodies, we create a foundation for true, lasting healing.

The Mental Body

Healing requires ongoing daily work.

✔ Meditation and breathwork help maintain mental fitness.
✔ Awareness of inner dialogue is crucial—replace self-judgment with self-compassion, fear with trust, and anger with forgiveness.
✔ Words shape our reality – Speak with intention, gratitude, and love.

From a shamanic viewpoint, thoughts and words carry energetic imprints, shaping our personal reality. Negative self-talk, fear-based thinking, and harmful speech create energetic blockages that prevent healing.

Shamans teach us: watch your thoughts as carefully as your actions—because they, too, create.

The Physical Body

The body is the home and vessel of our spirit. Its well-being directly affects energy and integration.

✔ Eat high-vibrational, whole foods that sustain energy and clarity.
✔ Move daily – Whether through yoga, gym, dance, or nature walks.
✔ Prioritise rest, hydration, and grounding practices.
✔ Treat the body with respect, as it carries the soul through this journey.

Sacred medicines open the door to healing, but without physical upkeep, their lessons may fade.

The Emotional Body

This Body Holds Traumas, suppressed emotions & Imprints

Shadow Work-Facing & Integrating suppressed emotions with guided Introspection
✔ Breathwork & Somatic Healing - Techniques like Holotropic Breathing to release stored emotions.
✔ Energy Healing & Shamanic Healing to Release emotions and Imprints, Inner Child Work, Grief Processing.

The Spiritual Body

Connection to Spirit, Energy & Higher Wisdom.

✔  Deep Inner Stillness connecting with the higher self.
✔ Service and Purpose Alignment is crucial—Living in accordance with Soul's Calling and Dharma.
✔ Shamanic Journeying & Connecting into Source energy.

✔ Invoking Higher Guidance and Working with Guides

Breathwork: The Bridge Between Mind, Body & Spirit

One of the most powerful yet overlooked tools for staying aligned is breathwork.

✔ The breath regulates the nervous system, emotions, and energy.
✔ It is the perfect companion to mushroom journeys & self-healing practices.
✔ Techniques such as holotropic breathing, box breathing, and deep diaphragmatic breathing help with grounding, centering, and heart connection.

Final Thoughts

Sacred medicines are not a quick fix—they are guides that illuminate the path. Please use all the medicines with Love and Respect, we encourage you to approach these products with intention and reverence, rather than casual use. Your mindeset and awareness significantly influence the experience, helping to create a positive outcome and avoid unwanted experiences.

The real work begins in the daily choices we make:

✔ How we think
✔ How we speak
✔ How we breathe
✔ How we care for ourselves

When all Four bodies are in harmony, we awaken to our highest potential and live from a place of love, balance, and inner peace.
